Discovering new/old toys...
This was a birthday gift from his cousins, he is just now learning that he can ride on it...so he began to ride it only it was going backwards...he wanted nothing to do with it if he was going forwards...he is too much! If you look real close you will see a little shiner under his eye! Yes...he was running around the house and whamo! Right into the leg of a table! I am thankful that he didn't get really hurt and also that we did our Christmas picture photo shoot on Saturday...there were no bumps or bruises!

Happy Thanksgiving! 2008
There are so many things that I am thankful for...my family, my wonderful husband (who is cooking dinner!) my parents...so thankful that my father is doing much better and will be back to normal very soon! Thankful that my brother is home this year and will not be going back to Iraq in January. Thankful for my 86 year old grandmother who will be spending the holiday with us. Thankful to have a job in this difficult economy...thankful for wonderful friends who have stuck with me through think and thin, who love me for me! I am so thankful for my son, my smart, funny, lovable, hugable, kissable, playful, beautiful son. This morning Jeff brought Julian into bed...this is the first time he stayed put. He snuggled in and watched sesame street. For 30 mins! I looked over and I started to cry...I am so thankful...so very thankful.
Today we are having my brother and grandmother over for dinner. Mom and Dad will be at home, while dad is still on the mend. It will not be my favorite Thanksgiving since it is the first I will miss with my parents in 37 years. We are a small but close family and when one is missing it is very noticable. But there will be 2 missing so it won't be the same. But we will make the most of it and good conversation, laughter and maybe a few tears (from me of course!)
So I wish you and your family a very Happy Thanksgiving...look around you...you all have a lot to be thankful for!

So much happening...
The last 2 weeks I have been working from home, since my parents are not able to watch Julian, Jeff and I decided not to put him into any kind of child care for now. We feel he is still too young and needs to be with people who love him as much as we do. I know that there are alot of places that take excellent care of the children whom they watch...it is just our preference. So I have been home working, I have an office set up and there really isn't anything that I can't do here. So there have been a few days that I had to go in later in the day...but we are all surviving!
So we are having Thanksgiving here this year...not sure if mom and dad are going to make it, so we will have the rest of the family over. SO...I have been cleaning the house...our once beautiful living room, has become a drop spot for baby toys, play pen, toys he is standing on, toys he is throwing...as I work through these toys, I have become increasing sadden by how fast my son has grown up. At 15 months, he is 97% on the height and 81% on the weight. He looks so much older then he is...we have to remember how young he is. So we are teaching him to share...that has been fun! He is now climbing on the couch...and tip toeing along the cushions...this is a no no! So I have had to discipline him...my form of discipline is telling him no....and then he comes over to me and gives me a big kiss. Man it is hard to resist that cute little face!
October was a great closing month for me. I had a total of 8 loans close. This month is a little quite, but I did manage to close 4 and write 4. So work is going ok. Refinance is coming back...so if you have an interest rate of 7% or higher call me! We are running a special right now! So go to my web site at www.yournexthouseloan.com and let's see if we can save you some money! I can do loans anywhere in the US. I do love my job and where I work. I think that working for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is a great place for me. They are one of the only 3 star rated banks left and in the top 10 of the world safest banks to invest in. Not to shabby! So I am here if you need me.
Happy Turkey day!

I have been a bad blogging friend to many!
Julian is growing leaps and bounds! He is now bigger then a 2 year old in one of his little play groups! And that child is not small! Holy Moly! We have a big boyon our hands! He is a gental giant! He is so cute...he grabs my face, opens his month and kisses me! But the face he makes is so funny...it is like he diving in for an apple at the apple bobbing or something like that! Too stinking funny! Yesterday he learned how to climb up on the couch! Lovely! And he can now step up the stairs with no help! I think to my self...sometimes I need help!!!
We started a new bible study all about raising a rock solid child. It was great! If you are interested in hearing more let me know, I took alot of notes!
I have been under alot of stress lately, so I really haven't been myself...I hate that. Normally I am so happy go lucky about everything...I need to get back to the goodness of the lord and have him help me through this time. Jeff has been wonderful and understanding, so that makes it easier for me...but still I am so stressed out!
Did anyone watch ER last night? I cried from the begining to the end! Cried like a baby! Maybe it is because it is that time of the month and I am late. But I am also very stressed so don't read anything into that comment! I know you are all thinking...pregnancy...and I am not...so bite your tounge! LOL
Well, I am going to go...I will try to post more this week. I will need some serious prayers this week and I will posting about it on Monday! Have a great weekend!

Mixed emotions...
Maybe one day, Julian will be running for president of the USA...how wonderful will that be...and if not, I want him to finish school, get the best education he can and be a productive, honest and non judgemental American. That is what my mother raised for a son and a daughter...that should not be any different then any other American. Please pray for our country and your family everyday. I will continue to do so, today like every other day before this day. Hugs and Blessings

Time passes so quickly!
Would you just let me walk!!!
I see Mommy!
People...I am very tired! Let's go!!
Ok...so I have been bad about updating the blog...I am sorry and will try to do better! So I I have finally downloaded a couple of videos. This was from last month...so sorry for the delay!
I have been so busy with work that it isn't even funny! But it is Feast or Famine. Julian is a walking machine! And boy does he move fast! These 2 videos show how he is walking...times that by 2! We have had a very busy fall so far. Most of our time is running from Nana and Papa's to work, home, playtime, daddy time...fun time! I have to say this is the best time of my life! I look at Julian and just marvel at the things he does! So were are we with words...Mama, Dada, Papa, Nana, Bye Bye, Up, My Ball, and today he said Book! Oh yeah...he also says Yum and More! He is doing 2 tasks..."go get the ball, and bring it to mommy" We are still using a bottle, no sippy cup yet...that is really my fault not his. I want to keep him my baby...I figure at 16 months I will start using a sippy cup...he can drink out of a regular cup just fine. His hair is mostly straight this a few curls in the back...He has a beautiful head of hair! He did have these two curls behind the ears that had grown too long so I did cute them...and saved them! He looks like a little boy now! I don't think his hair is going to change...it looks like it is going to be straight for good. It has a red heu to it in the sun light...and those big brown eye, just make you melt!
Ok...this video he cracks me up...he has most of the time something in his hand...he is a lefty! I am not forcing the issue of using the right hand...no big deal!

A day at the beach!
Beaver Island State Park, Grand Island NY
So it is offically the Fall...my favorite time of the year...so Julian spent the night at mom and dad's house and dad wanted to take Julian to the beach...so I tagged along! I am so glad I did. We went to Beaver Island State Park, in Grand Island NY...it is about 10 min from our house. It was a wonderful day...almost 80 degrees...the water was wonderful...still warm from the summer. This wasn't the first time he went to the beach...he went with Nana and Papa while we were away...But this was the first time for me too see him...he loved it! I have some video's that I will have to post later. We really had a great time...next time I will relaxd a bit more!
After a long day at the beach we are ready to go home...but first a few snacks...
